A bran tumor is a collection of cancer cells that have grouped up into a single point and have grown into something that may resemble a lump. This lump can cause some problems as cancer cells are cells that can multiply fast to the point the the DNA is not copied correctly and just forms a defective cell that does nothing but harm other cells. A bran tumor can be removed by using neurosurgery.
